Today is a very important day for lotto bettors. March 30 2008 to be exact. This could be a different Sunday to all lotto bettors. If someone will win tonight this will be a day of great celebration for anyone who will hit the biggest jackpot ever on a lotto game. More or less the jackpot prize will be P240 million or $6 million. All lotto bettors will be feeling millionaires, full of hope and excitement before the draw starts. But now comes the 9:00 pm draw, heavy prayers has been said and done. But when the draw starts and when the first number comes out, the pressure starts to get in into the system of your body. If you dont have the first number, chances of hitting the jackpot starts to fade away. After all the 6 numbers has come out, lotto bettors who did not get the right combination numbers will feel that there dreams and hope are starting to fall piece by piece to the ground. But if you have the right numbers , its the other way around. Your heart starts to pump more blood, excitement rises, pressure starts to build, you start to feel like your dreaming, like your floating on the air, you dont believe that it is happening......WOW what a thrill if your playing the game of lotto. Only choosen few will win but thousands will loose. I AM A LOTTO GAMBLER
Wow.. what a day for 6/49 lotto bettors. First, there are no winners, second the jackpot prize for the next draw on Sunday will jump to P240 million more or less. Again this is the biggest prize in history to be given by PCSO or any game related to the game of chance, except for the ZTE kickbacks . For lotto bettors yesterdays draw was a sad draw because they were not able to hit the jackpot. Dont worry about that, because the next draw is more exciting we have to follow where the money is going ok. Did you know that high stake lotto bettor bet more when the jackpot prize gets bigger? yes its true. One person I know told me yesterday he bought lotto tickets worth P20,000.00 and the last draw he also bought lotto tickets worth P15,000.00 he is now poorer by P35,000. I will talk to him tonight about his lotto tickets if he got some consolation prizes maybe 5 numbers or maybe 4 or 3 numbers. I told him once, how will he feel if he bets that kind of amount and then a winner will come out with only a single bet of P20. His answer to me was perfect.....he said ..I am a lotto gambler if I loose I loose if I win I win period.

WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE
A Lotto bettor said yesterday to me about the 6/49 draw this Thursday. all you need is a P20 and a dream. Again a P20 and a dream, In which for me this person is right. lotto bettors who wants to be a millionaire will be playing like feeling millionaires coming this march 27, lining up to buy tickets for the largest Super Lotto jackpot. Like thousands of lotto bettors which had pinned their hopes for a reversal of fortune on the extremely remote chance -- the odds of 6/49....one in 14 million. we often fantasize about being rich, and almost always we imagine ourselves winning the lottery. But for some lucky few, this dream will come to reality on the eve of the draw, if lady luck will be knocking on there door. Winning the lottery brings the hope we all dream of having in our life. but even with this kind of odds, people still hope for this kind of blessing. So after eleven days [last draw March 16] of wishing, finger-crossing and praying, the day has arrived. With still no winners on the last draw with the P184.7 million pot of the 6/49 lotto draw, hopeful bettors will still have a shot at winning what the Philippine Charity Sweeptakes Office describes its historic record-breaking prize.
The pot for the next draw on March 27 (Thursday) could go beyond the P202-million mark, the biggest prize ever won in the history of the country's on-line lottery game.
"The P202-million pot was won by six winners in October 2002. That was the biggest prize for the lotto 6/49 game. The pot for the March 27 draw could break the record of the Oct 2002 jackpot prize of P202 million. So as individual hopeful lotto bettors. Have a lotto ticket on this draw, pray hard, have a pure heart and think that this draw is for you. And my most important message to you in which it will help you a lot.. Whatever you expect to happen is determined by the thoughts you dwell upon... plus the intensity of the emotions behind those thoughts will help you bring your dreams to reality...... again good luck to all...and may the best lotto bettor win.

COURT JUNKS LOTTO WINNER TO COLLECT LOTTO JACKPOT PRIZE
THE Court of Appeals (CA) has denied the bid of a couple to collect from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) over P89 million lotto jackpot prize which they claimed to have won during a grand draw in November 1999, saying the petitioners used a wrong mode of appeal that warranted its dismissal.
In a resolution penned by Associate Justice Ramon Garcia, the CA 11th Division granted the motion filed by the PCSO seeking the dismissal of the appeal filed by spouses Ernesto and Marcelina Alburo. The Alburos claimed that they have won the lotto grand prize of P89,239,981 million and the consolation prize of P20,000 for the November 6, 1999 draw but the PCSO has refused to pay them.
They claimed that they placed their bets on the morning of November 6 for the evening draw of the same day, but there was a mistake in the particulars printed in the lotto ticket since it appeared therein that they instead made their bets the day after for the draw date of November 9, 1999.
On August 31, 2000, the lower court dismissed the complaint ruling that the appellants failed to establish their case by preponderance of evidence. The trial court noted that their tickets clearly showed that they were purchased on November 7 for the draw date of November 9.
The couple then raised the matter with the CA, seeking a remedy in law and raised issued on pure questions of law.
In seeking the dismissal of the appeal, the PCSO argued that the relief availed of by appellants was improper, hence the instant appeal should be dismissed.
lesson of the day...after receiving you ticket check everything from the date of purchase to the date of the draw.

LUCKY LOTTO WINNER KILLED
Luck will really kill you if you dont know how to handle it
Did Arturo Eupeña, the 52-year-old cabbie who was killed by masked men for his lotto prize money of P19 million, take his secret to the grave? where is the money?
His adopted son, Reynan, 34, who has emerged as a suspect in the robbery-holdup of his father, has been adamant in claiming that Eupeña has only collected P250,000.
But a cousin of Arturo broke her silence yesterday to confirm that the Eupeña family has received P4.25 million of the P19.6 million pot from the Oct. 12 draw.
Meanwhile, Arturo’s common-law wife, Leticia—she who had bought the winning ticket, showed up in the office of Antipolo police chief Jose Dayco to deny involvement in the holdup. She was accompanied by a certain Capt. Abella, an investigator from Camp Crame.
Leticia, who was not in the house when Arturo was killed by five men who barged into his house, was mentioned as a suspect by the police.
PCSO officials insist that all the winnings of Eupeña have been released. If so, where is the rest of the prize money, amounting roughly to P15 million?
Reynan has vowed to collect the remainder of his father’s winnings after he was grilled by investigators on why it took him so long to come to the aid of his father when he was just a paper-thin wall away
Eupeña’s cousin tried to exonerate Leticia, who is suspected of being in cahoots with Reynan in plotting to kill Arturo.
The cousin said if money were the motive, then Leticia could not have been the mastermind because she bought the winning ticket. She said she was with Leticia when the latter bought the ticket at the PCSO outlet at Super Palengke in Antipolo City.
The thieves got away with P92,000 in cash and a second-hand van bought from the proceeds of the prize money.
The cousin said she is willing to present her testimony to Dayco and his men. She confirmed that the main suspect is “just within the circle,” as the lawmen surmised, and if there is one person to suspect, it is Reynan.
Dayco has not taken Leticia off the list of suspects. He said they still have to collect evidence and interview key witnesses to prove their theory, but he vowed to solve the crime within the next few days.
At Arturo’s wake, a pair of chicks were placed atop the victim’s coffin. According to superstition, the placement of the chicks would induce a guilty conscience to spend sleepless nights until he or she spills his guts and admits the crime
Meanwhile, the tragic death of Eupeña seems to have taught bettors to become more selfish and secretive.
“What happened to Eupeña is a lesson to be learned by winning bettors. If you win the jackpot, you should not announce it, again you should not announce it. just keep it to yourself and to your family.

LOTTO -WINNING MAID SUES HER BOSS
When it comes to money trust no one. Now comes a winning lotto ticket which won a jackpot. Will your lotto partner still share the jackpot prize with you ?
Marilou Odenia, 41, married, of Scout Reyes Street, Roxas District, faces a P3.2
million damage suit before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court for refusing to give her maid, Alvie Morales, 34, a fair share of the P64 million lotto jackpot prize they won.
Lawyer and radio commentator Melanio “Batas” Mauricio, filing in behalf of Morales, urged the court to freeze the assets of Odenia, a former canteen owner, by issuing a writ of attachment while hearing the suit.
In her complaint, Morales claimed that she and Odenia had a prior arrangement to bet on their favorite number combination (8-11-17-24-40-45). Under the arrangement, whoever won the pot would give the other a 10 percent share of the prize money.
Last June 1st, Morales, who was employed as a canteen helper and maid, had no money to buy a ticket, so she asked her employer to provide the P10 for the 6/45 draw.
Morales walked one km to the nearest lotto outlet. Passing by her neighbor’s grotto, she stopped and offered a prayer for luck. After purchasing the ticket, she asked Odenia to keep it.
Power of prayer
A day later, she was ecstatic to discover that the ticket had won the P64 million pot.
Refusing to heed the advice of friends to keep the wonderful turn of events to herself, Morales told Odenia that she had won the lottery.
Odenia, remembering the deal, offered to give her P6.4 million at first, but subsequently brought it down to P3.2 million.
According to Morales the day after winning, Odenia, along with her 15-year-old adopted son Jason and Morales moved from the canteen-residence where they lived to an apartel. The canteen-residence is owned by an uncle who lived with them.
Morales said Odenia initially paid her P12,000 and told her to go and visit her family in Pangasinan. Morales has four children, aged from four to 13 years old, by her live-in lover.
After a week, she went back to Odenia, who gave her P100,000 more and told her to visit her relatives in Cagayan de Oro.
Morales said Odenia kept in touch and made several payments, all in all amounting to P500,000, until last October, when communication stopped altogether.
Morales, who had by then spent most of the money treating her relatives in Cagayan de Oro, decided to ask for the balance of her share in person. Returning to Manila after several months, she was dismayed to find Odenia’s canteen padlocked.
The neighbors told her that her employer had bought a new house in Fairview and moved away.
Luckily, Morales chanced upon Odenia’s adopted son, who was visiting Odenia’s uncle. She followed him home to a house on Cosette Street, Doña Petrona Subdivision in Barangay Fairview..... lesson of the day...trust no one when it comes to money.

LUCKY LOTTO WINNER TURNS INTO UNLUCKY WINNER
A headline in a newspaper ....Bulacan lotto winner kidnapped
A 30-year-old illiterate in Norzagaray, Bulacan was kidnapped and illegally detained along with his family days after he won half of the P79 million lottery jackpot
This was learned after relatives of Erwin Namia, a rice mill worker, sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation to investigate and arrest those people who kidnapped him, his wife Virgie and two sons on Barangay Partida in Norzagaray on Sept. 29.
Namia and his family were kidnapped and detained by their neighbors after winning P39.5 million, half of the jackpot prize of the Sept. 13 6/42 lotto winning numbers 03-04-05-07-35-37.
Four of the nine suspects were identified as Danilo Joaquin, Nestor Joaquin and Mary Ann Aldaba, all neighbors of the victims, and a certain Leopoldo Sta. Maria, a lawyer.
Francisco Hernandez, 70, Namia’s grandfather-in-law, told investigators that prior to the kidnapping, a group of men approached Namia when they learned that the victim, a known “no read, no write” man in the community, won the lotto jackpot. He added Namia received his prize from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office with the “help” of the suspects.
“Few days later, we learned that Erwin, my granddaughter (Virgie) and their two children were kidnapped by the same group of people. Until now they remain missing,” said Hernandez.
Other witnesses also said the victims were forcibly taken by a group of men.
Hernandez said when they confronted one of the suspects during a meeting with barangay officials, the suspect admitted they received small amount of money from Erwin as balato or “for the boys
Lesson of the day..lotto winners if possible no one should know that you have won the lotto jackpot.

P200 MILLION RICHER ?
There is still no winner in the Superlotto 6/49 draw last night March 16. no one got the correct numbers to win the P184,722,336 jackpot
The winning combination for the Superlotto draw Sunday was 05-06-15-17-21-38. possible the next coming draw the jackpot prize would reach a whooping P200 million ......or $5 million. This could be the biggest ever jackpot prize as far i could remember. So lotto bettors we have to do everything we can just to win this jackpot, we should pay attention to the voices in our head — they could make you $5 million richer. Again thousands will line up at the lotto stations all over the country to buy their tickets for the biggest pot this year.
Previously, the second biggest lotto jackpot drawn last Jan. 20 amounted to P133 million, which was shared by four winners, two from Quezon City and two from Mindanao.
A lone winner also won the 6/45 megalotto P100-million jackpot in February. So lotto bettors, with the dream within your mind, you are half-way on the road to achievement, but you must act to materialize your dream, do everything you can to win the jackpot.

LOTTO BETTORS FOUND THE SECRET LUCKY TIP
Still no winner for the march 13 6/49 lotto draw, with a jackpot prize of P162 million. This coming Sunday the jackpot will jump to P175M more or less. Again lotto bettors prepare your ammunitions [money] once again for the great battle. I found an interesting story about the 1,326 lotto winners were a lucky tip was found in all the lotto outlets nationwide. Anything can really happen in a game of chance. More than P30 million in cash prizes was paid out by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office. when a record-breaking 1,326 bettors won the second prize in the Halloween lotto draw.
But that was not the big story yet behind the Oct. 31 lotto 6/45 draw.
PCSO officials discovered that most of the winners who held lotto tickets containing five of the six drawn numbers had placed bets on six identical numbers: 3, 23, 37, 28, 42 and 18.
What was even more surprising was the fact that those who choose similar combinations simply lifted or copied the lucky numbers from the sample number pattern card that was printed as instruction on every lotto card. WHAT !!!! .... believe it or not. They found luck infront of their eyes, And luck was handed to them not on a silver spoon but on a golden plate. This is what i call a lucky sample pick.

A SINGLE LOTTO WINNER OR MORE WINNERS ?
This is the biggest lotto Jackpot prize for the year. With the SuperLotto jackpot having soared beyond the dizzying P160 MILLION .what do you think lotto bettors will there be a single lotto winner or more winners ? questions are again being raised about the honesty of the game that is vulnerable to human intervention. One question being asked, for instance, is how sure are bettors that additional winners are not inserted after the draw to split the prize between the legitimate winner and some fast operator who has control over the process. If you win the lotto draw and PCSO will tell you that there are 4 winners will you believe them ? Will they show you a proof that there are other winners? you will know all this answers if you will win the jackpot prize tonight. So lotto bettors this is the day once again, the day of the great battle of lotto. again as i said you dont need to bet hundreds or thousands for this draw.just have a ticket on this draw, pray and believe that you will win. things always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen. good luck to all
